The design fees depend on the size of the project. You'll receive the details in the design proposal and you'll know exactly how much the fees for the design will cost you and what is included. So there is no surprise at the end of a project.

Typically all projects require a 50% deposit upon signing to reserve your spot in our calendar, with the remaining balance billed across the duration of the project (usually between 2-6 months).

1/ INITIAL CONSULTATION

All projects start with booking an initial consultation to discuss your needs and those of your interior;

After our consultation, you'll receive a design proposal based on your scope of work;

The fee for the initial consultation is $195.

2/ CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

This phase will help you to visualise and understand the idea of the new concept with moodboard, colour palette, inspirational board and the initial 2D and 3D ;

3/ DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

This part gives you all the documentation needed to start your makeover. Including: Floor Plan, Elevation & 3D render for the full interior design service, -helping you to visualise the new concept,

Or

Floor Map for the E-styling service - to know where and how to place your furniture & accessories;

And an Interior Finishes Schedule & Shopping list, with links to know where to purchase the items;

4/ PROCUREMENT

Help with items acquisition if needed.

5/ IMPLEMENTATION

Oversight of construction and installation processes.

6/ STYLING AND INSTALLATION

Help with the styling and in palliation of your new acquisition if needed.

Each design phase takes between 2-5 weeks depending on your scope of work.

Absolutely, we believe designing is most impactful when it's cohesive. When you try to piece together different elements from existing decor and furniture, it can often look disjointed and be tricky, but we understand that you can have a sentimental attachment over some things and we can work with it. After all, it's your house and you're creating your own story.
